You should ask her out just for shits and giggles. Don't make a big deal of it. The less attached you are at the beginning the more she wants to earn your respect. Just make it seem like you're not desperate, and you could either take her or leave her. She's going to want you to make the first move so she can alleviate responsibility, but you have to make sure she trusts you enough before you kiss her. I love you buddy, good luck.
