What kind of rape dreams are you having? Random ladies? Old ladies? Young girls? etc. You could just be nothing. I wouldn't say all dreams are trying to tell you something.
The way you described them I'd just say that's your aggression trying to channel itself somehow. People you just hate and wish bad upon. So in your dream you're doing one of the most horrifying things a woman could experience to punish them. I'd say you need to pick up boxing or something. Get yourself some healthy ways to expel your anger in times where people just piss you off. I usually just play video games and that calms me down, but if it doesn't I work out.
